While committed to addressing the
hurts and struggles of ministry and
marriage, SonScape Retreats' primary focus
is Spiritual Formation in the lives
of those in ministry.
The week begins with introductions
and fellowship around the dinner
table. Early mornings
are spent in personal silence,
solitude and meditation, followed by
group teaching sessions. Several afternoons
are free for rest and recreation. Evenings provide time for personal
reflection or group interaction and
fun. The week also includes:

- Three to four individual afternoon sessions with retreat
leaders for personal concerns and
issues.
- A notebook providing daily
devotions and meditations.
- Pointed and meaningful teachings
focused around ministry issues and
spiritual formation.
- Opportunities for group
interaction, discussion, mutual
support and fun.
- An extensive library and resource
center.
- A day of prayer ending with
worship and communion.
